15-MINUTE INSTALL
COMPLETELY PLUG-AND-PLAY
Pedal Commander® installs in about 15 minutes with no extra tools required. No cutting or splicing wires is needed, and no permanent changes are required.
Step 1
Turn the ignition off. Keep the keyfob 35 ft. away to let the electrical system and the ECU shut off completely.
Step 2
Disconnect the factory gas pedal harness and plug in the Pedal Commander® harness. Make sure you hear a “click” sound on both ends for a secure connection.
Step 3
Secure the excess cabling. Mount the Pedal Commander® unit on or under the dashboard.

How does Pedal Commander® work?
Pedal Commander® sits inline between your accelerator pedal sensor and the car’s ECU, changing the pedal-to-throttle signal. That makes the throttle respond faster without adding horsepower or reflashing the engine computer.
Is installation hard and will it fit my vehicle?
Pedal Commander® is a true plug-and-play unit that installs in about 15 minutes using OEM connectors, making it fully DIY-friendly. It’s compatible with a wide range of vehicles, from sedans and sports cars to muscle cars, trucks, SUVs, and even side-by-side vehicles.
Will it void my warranty or hurt the engine?
The Pedal Commander® throttle response controller does not leave any trace or diagnostic flags on the ECU. So it does not void your vehicle’s warranty. If you want complete peace of mind, simply disconnect the unit and revert your vehicle back to stock before going in for a service.
