At this stage, there is no service between you and PEDAL COMMANDER®; nonetheless, your Login Data and other contact details that you disclosed are collected. We collect identity information (name, surname) and contact information (e-mail address, phone number) upon your explicit consent. We use this information to send you emails, text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us. Our website uses cookies to provide improved technical function and to keep track of items you put into your shopping cart, including when you have abandoned your checkout. This information is used to determine when to send cart reminder messages via SMS or email.

We leverage various tools and services to improve your shopping experience. Consumer Rights and Request Procedure

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with personal information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the personal information relates to you.  We kindly ask you to provide the correct and complete information so that we may verify your identity and find a solution to your request. 

We will endeavor to fulfill your request within 45 days of receiving that request. If we require additional time, we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing through e-mail.


Data Retention


We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the transactions you have requested, or for other essential purposes such as complying with our legal obligations, maintaining business and financial records, resolving disputes, maintaining security, detecting and preventing fraud and abuse, and enforcing our agreements.
